Nightly / Daily Rates:

$149 - $189 per night

* 2 night minimum on weekends. Fri-Sat

Weekly rentals of 6 or more days subject to 10% discount.

Check in 3pm, check out 11am.

Reservations must be accompanied by a 1 nights deposit.

Should you have to change your reservation, you must notify us no later than 7 days prior to your arrival date. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior then you will forfeit your deposit unless we are able to rebook the house. If we rebook the house your deposit will be credited for future use within the next 12 months.

In order to insure the highest level of comfort and safety, The Bay-House subscribes to a no smoking policy.
